The Greenview is located in South Beach's Art Deco District, 12 miles away from Miami International Airport. The hotel possesses the elegant simplicity and refinement reminiscent of the black and white Rogers Astaire films of the 30s. The Greenview is situated 2 blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, in the heart of South Beach's Art Deco District.
