TownePlace Suites, Marriott's newest brand, specializes in meeting the needs of extended stay guests or those who just need extra space and amenities. This hotel is conveniently located in College Station on University Drive, at the intersection of Lincoln. This hotel offers 95 suites designed to meet all of their guests' needs. There are spacious studios with plenty of space to relax.
